It aims to streamline the offer-submission process and increase transparency between bidders and the Center, ensuring fair competition and improving the quality of the services and products provided.

- The entity's commercial register.
- Registration certificate with the General Organization for Social Insurance.
- Certificate of achieving the statutory Saudization rate.
- Zakat payment certificate.
- Tax certificate.
- Chamber of Commerce certificate.
- VAT certificate.
- Wage Protection System compliance certificate.
- National address.
- The entity's profile.
- IBAN certificate including a QR code.
