Operations Supervisor

Leads field teams of cleaners, attendants and technicians, assigns work across shifts and makes sure services meet quality and safety standards.
Main duties
- Plan shift rosters and assign teams to zones.
- Brief teams at the start of every shift and follow up in the field.
- Inspect work quality and fix issues on the spot.
- Coordinate with security, crowd-management and maintenance teams by radio.
- Write daily reports on performance, incidents and needs.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in facility services, cleaning or operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in Arabic; English is an advantage.
- Comfortable using tablets and reporting systems.
- Calm and sound judgement under pressure and in crowds.
Work environment
- Mostly field work, among large crowds.
- Shift work, including peak seasons.
