Maintenance Technician
Keeps the fans, air-conditioning, misting systems, doors and fittings of the holy places working through preventive and emergency maintenance.
Main duties
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on fans, misting units and air-conditioning equipment.
- Respond quickly to breakdown reports and repair faults.
- Replace filters, nozzles and worn parts.
- Work safely at height and on ladders, following permit-to-work rules.
- Log every job in the maintenance management system.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or vocational certificate in mechanics, HVAC or a related field.
- Practical experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Able to read technical manuals and use hand and power tools.
- Commitment to occupational health and safety.
Work environment
- Indoor and outdoor work, sometimes at height.
- Shift and on-call work during peak seasons.
