KSA Skills Development Vision 2030 (KSDS) operates this website at ssds-gov.com. This notice explains how we handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us, for example:

• your name and contact details when you get in touch;
• your CV and training or employment history when you apply to a program;
• your organisation and role when your company enquires about working with us.

The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• to respond to your enquiry;
• to assess your eligibility for our programs and match you with suitable training or placements;
• to coordinate with employers and training partners, only where you have asked us to.

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it for, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under the PDPL you can ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, please contact us.
